1. Complete KYC — To meet regulatory requirements and enable seamless onboarding, users complete a quick verification process via Swipelux ZeroID — typically taking just a few minutes.
2. Deposit Stablecoins — Users deposit USDC or other supported stablecoins directly into the platform and select a lockup period.
3. Automatic LSRWA Conversion — Deposited funds are used to acquire LSRWA tokens on the user’s behalf.
4. Monthly Yield in USDC — Landshare auto-redeems LSRWA tokens for yield each month and reflects gains in USDC , which users can claim instantly.
5. Withdraw or Roll Over — After the lockup ends, users can withdraw their principal in stablecoins or choose to continue earning.

🔄 Epochs

LSRWA Express is designed to simplify on-chain real estate investing, and that includes how deposits, withdrawals, and rewards are handled. Here’s a quick overview of how epochs and lockup periods will function in this system.

An epoch is a fixed time window (currently planned as 1 week) during which user activity (deposits, withdrawals, borrowing) is collected, reviewed, and processed together.

At the end of each epoch, the system processes all requests in the following order:

1. Withdrawals (first come, first served)
2. Deposits
3. Borrowing requests (utilizing leftover stablecoins after withdrawals & deposits)

This ensures that liquidity is always available to users exiting the system, and it provides a predictable, consistent cycle for how funds move through the protocol.
