Landshare August 2025 Recap

August was another action-packed month for the Landshare ecosystem! From major integrations and community events to exciting campaigns and new partnerships, we’ve continued building momentum as we move closer to our long-term mission of making real estate investment open and accessible to everyone.

Expanding with Polytrade

This month, we integrated BNB Chain within Polytrade, bringing Landshare’s RWA offerings directly to a broader user base. This move expands our reach and opens up new possibilities for cross-platform adoption, particularly for investors who prefer to operate within the Polytrade marketplace.

We also joined Polytrade’s X Space, where we discussed the future of RWAs and how collaborations between platforms like Landshare and Polytrade can accelerate tokenization adoption.

Joining RWA Builders

One of the most important milestones of August was joining RWA Builders, the leading industry alliance dedicated to driving real-world asset tokenization from headlines to hard revenue.

By becoming a member, Landshare now has:

• First-look access to institutional and enterprise inquiries
• A seat at the table shaping the future of real-world asset adoption
• Direct connections to key stakeholders and potential partners in the RWA ecosystem

This step further solidifies our role in the rapidly growing tokenization space and gives us an even stronger platform to expand adoption of tokenized real estate.

Property Spotlight Series

Transparency and real estate fundamentals remain at the core of Landshare. To highlight the value behind every investment, we launched a Property Spotlight Series, showcasing the homes within the Landshare pool.

This series reinforced our commitment to transparency and allowed the community to better understand the fundamentals behind our RWA pool.

XSwap Trading Competition

The $LAND Trading Competition on XSwap has been one of the biggest opportunities of the summer! Running from August 5 — September 5, the event offers a $20,000 prize pool to 200 winners.

With only a few days left, there’s still time to participate. All you need is $100+ in trades of $LAND paired with eligible tokens to qualify.

Double Your LSRWA Campaign

August also marked the successful completion of the Double Your LSRWA campaign. In this limited-time event, users who purchased 25 LSRWA were rewarded with an additional 25 tokens.

The campaign introduced dozens of new users to the ecosystem, driving several thousand dollars in trading volume and adding 63 new KYC’ed participants. While not designed to be a major campaign, it served as a solid introduction to LSRWA and gave the community a chance to boost their positions.

Marketing DAO Proposal Update

We also shared an update on the Marketing DAO proposal, highlighting progress in social growth, and on-chain adoption.

So far, the initiative has already delivered 30+ collaborations with prominent users, a 180% increase in impressions, and significant growth in staked tokens. Another update will be shared soon as new initiatives roll out.

LAND Lottery Launch

At the end of August, we launched the $LAND Lottery — a fun and rewarding way for users to buy and hold LAND while competing for a share of the $5,000 prize pool.

Here’s how it works:

• Every 10 $LAND = 1 Lottery Ticket
• Minimum entry: 1 ticket (10 $LAND)
• No maximum limit — the more you buy & hold, the higher your chances

The event runs for 30 days, and winners will be selected randomly at the end. The Lottery is live now, and you can still join!
