Landshare Development Update–February 24th, 2025

At Landshare, we’re working to bring real-world asset investment to the blockchain in a way that’s practical and accessible. This update covers what we’ve been up to lately — nothing flashy, just the latest steps in our ongoing effort to build something useful for the community. Here’s where things stand as of February 24, 2025.

LSRWA Express: Keeping It Simple

We’re building LSRWA Express feature to make it easier for passive investors to get involved. The idea is to strip away complexity and create something straightforward that can work across different blockchains. Instead of moving our whole ecosystem at once, this lets us test the waters with a simpler product. It’s still early days, but we think it’s a practical way to grow.

What is LSRWA Express and how does it work?

LSRWA Express is a stablecoin vault backed by LSRWA Tokens. It allows users who have completed the KYC process to deposit stablecoins and earn RWA-backed stablecoin yields that accrue in real time. This eliminates the complexities of the broader ecosystem, offering a simple stake & earn model similar to LAND Token staking.

How will LSRWA Express make Landshare more accessible?

With LSRWA Express, investors don’t need to navigate through multiple layers of tokenized real estate mechanics. Instead, they gain direct exposure to real-world asset yields in a way that’s transparent, efficient, and accessible. Funds remain liquid, and rewards are distributed seamlessly, making it an ideal entry point for users who want passive exposure to RWA-backed income streams. The benefits can be broken down into the following:

• Frictionless User Experience: LSRWA Express strips away the ecosystem mechanics and enables direct access to RWA yield.
• Multi-chain Expansion: Designed to be lightweight and portable, LSRWA Express is easily deployable to multiple networks, allowing us to expand our presence and offer RWA-backed yield opportunities across different blockchain ecosystems.
• Simplified Onboarding: With Swipelux ZeroID, users can complete KYC, deposit stablecoins, and start earning in 5 minutes or less.

How will LSRWA Express grow the ecosystem?

By expanding the potential audience for LSRWA, we can grow the ecosystem in several ways:

• Property & Liquidity Expansion: Additional stablecoin inflows unlock liquidity and property expansion opportunities, creating a stronger foundation for Landshare’s RWA ecosystem.
• Gateway to Advanced Features: LSRWA Express offers a simple starting point for new users, who may later dive into other ecosystem features including LAND Tokens, NFTs, and Vaults.
• Expanded Audience: As a stablecoin vault, LSRWA Express appeals to investors seeking reliable stablecoin yield with the added security of real-world assets.

Rather than an overhaul, LSRWA Express builds on top of our existing tokenization infrastructure, allowing us to scale strategically and offer a simple entry point for new users. We’ll have more to share in a future update, so stay tuned!

Tokenization Hub: More Options, Less Pressure

One of the core strategies for property expansion within Landshare is our Tokenization Hub. This model allows us to introduce multiple properties to the community without financial commitment upfront. The decision to fund and integrate a property into the ecosystem is entirely driven by investor interest.

This addresses a key piece of community feedback — many users have noted that the same set of properties has remained available for a long time. With the Tokenization Hub, we ensure a steady stream of new assets while maintaining flexibility to close partial deals. This approach allows us to diversify our property offerings with fewer capital constraints, ensuring a more dynamic and investor-driven marketplace.

It might look like things have been quiet lately, but rest assured, the team’s been busy behind the scenes. We’re meeting with property owners, tweaking our processes, and fine-tuning our pitch deck and materials -day in, day out.

We’re eager to roll out the first properties through the Tokenization Hub for the community to explore. At the same time, we’re working to secure our own new property to tokenize and bring to you in the near future. More details are on the way, so keep an eye out.

Plume Network Deployment: Nearing the Finish Line

We’re close to wrapping up our integration with the Plume Network, which focuses on real-world assets. This integration will open Landshare to Plume’s community of over 1 million users, allowing them to purchase LSRWA using $pUSD, Plume’s native stablecoin. We’re also planning co-marketing initiatives with other projects within the Plume ecosystem to amplify awareness and drive adoption. Stay tuned for more details on this exciting collaboration!

Improving LSRWA Liquidity: Plans for 2025

Liquidity’s been a challenge, and we’re looking at ways to address it in our 2025 roadmap. Here’s what we’re working on:

• OTC Sales: We’d like to offer bigger LSRWA sales at a slight discount for larger buyers, giving them a clearer path to join in.
• Rental Income Buybacks: One idea is to use some rental income to buy back LSRWA on DS Swap and add liquidity. It could help the price and cut supply, but it’ll need a vote from LSRWA holders first.
• DS Swap Adjustments: If the price drops below NAV, we could use sale funds to buy back and burn tokens on DS Swap. It might stabilize things and offer a small return for holders.

These are still in progress, but they’re part of our focus for the coming months.

New Borrowing Strategies: Adding Flexibility

Our model ties LSRWA demand to property purchases — more interest means more funds to acquire assets. The NFT Ecosystem and LSRWA-USDT LP are holding steady, bringing in some solid activity. Now, we’re exploring a borrowing option where users can use staked LSRWA-USDT LP tokens as collateral. You will be able to earn from price appreciation, LP staking rewards, and whatever you do with borrowed USDC. Plus, the NFT Game offers LAND tokens as an extra perk. It’s a work in progress, but it could give users more ways to make the most of their holdings.

Wrapping Up: Moving Ahead Together

This update is a snapshot of where we’re at — making steady progress, listening to feedback, and sorting out the details as we go. The Tokenization Hub should bring fresher options, Plume’s nearly ready to broaden our audience, and liquidity and borrowing ideas are taking shape.
