Landshare July 2025 Recap
July was a month of momentum, clarity, and forward-thinking at Landshare. From the successful DAO Proposal to major ecosystem integrations and policy breakthroughs, we’ve continued to expand our reach in the real estate tokenization space. If you’ve been following our journey, or even just tuning in, there’s a lot to catch up on. Let’s dive into the highlights of the month and how we’re laying the groundwork for what’s next.
Q2 Recap Reminder
Before diving into July’s highlights, don’t forget to check out our Q2 2025 Recap, where we detailed the progress made over the past three months. This includes a new tokenized property, our latest NFT launch, Plume Network integration, and appearances at EthCC, RWA Summit, and RWA Cannes.
zkMe Campaign
July kicked off with EthCC and the zkMe Incentivized Campaign, where we participated alongside Plume Network, Mystic Finance, CycleX, and other leading RWA projects. The campaign drove hundreds of new followers to our social channels, brought in fresh LAND holders, and generated tens of thousands of impressions on X.
Collaboration is key in Web3, and these kinds of campaigns continue to help us grow awareness and build stronger ties in the space.
DAO Proposal Passed ✅
One of the biggest stories in July was the passage of our new Marketing & Growth Strategy DAO Proposal, which aims to bring in new investors, strengthen the LAND token, and boost visibility across the ecosystem.
We’ve already begun executing several components of the strategy — KOL outreach, vault planning, platform enhancements, and more. Expect regular updates, behind-the-scenes content, and milestone announcements on our social media channels.
💡 Additionally, there was some community confusion regarding token supply, which we promptly clarified. The LAND token hard cap remains unchanged.

Landshare Listed on RWA World
This month, we were excited to announce our listing on RWA World — a global hub for top RWA projects innovating in the world of on-chain finance.
This listing enhances our visibility, credibility, and opportunities to collaborate with others building the future of real-world assets.

We’re proud to have joined the Real Estate Tokenization Consortium (RETC) — a global initiative setting the standard for compliant and secure real estate tokenization.
As a member, Landshare will:
