Development Update from Feb. 24

On February 24, we shared a development update highlighting progress on some pivotal initiatives:

• LSRWA Express → Simplifying access to our Real World Asset (RWA) tokens for broader adoption.
• Tokenization Hub → A new tool to streamline the process of bringing real estate on-chain.
• Plume Network Deployment → Bringing $LSRWA to a new ecosystem.
• Improving $LSRWA Liquidity → Enhancing market depth and stability
• New Borrowing Strategies → Unlocking more ways to leverage your assets

New Property + New NFT

In Q1, we acquired a new property in the U.S., which we’re currently refining before tokenization. This addition enhances the value of our growing pool of US-based properties, opening up fresh investment opportunities. Alongside this, we’re getting ready to release a new NFT, further enriching our NFT Ecosystem with unique assets that provide benefits like yield multipliers and upgrades. These developments highlight our dedication to expanding and enhancing the Landshare platform.

Podcast Participation

Our CMO, Ivan, joined Jordan Friske on a podcast to discuss Landshare’s journey and the future of tokenized real estate. This appearance amplified our outreach, connecting with new audiences eager to explore blockchain-based investment. If you missed this fascinating discussion, feel free to check it out here!

New YouTube Video

James Pelton, a YouTube influencer with 62k followers, released a detailed video review of the Landshare ecosystem. We’re thrilled that our product is attracting more eyeballs and gaining traction in the crypto space. YouTube marketing is a key focus in our 2025 Roadmap, and as we move forward, our community can look forward to more engaging videos to showcase our journey. Ticketing System

On March 28, we rolled out the Landshare Ticketing System. This new feature makes it effortless to report bugs, request support, or share feedback, enhancing our community-driven development process. Access it via the link in our website footer and help us refine the platform!

OTC Deals

A major milestone arrived on March 29 with the introduction of OTC Deals for $LSRWA token sales. This enhances liquidity and flexibility, positioning $LSRWA as a trailblazer among security tokens with a robust secondary market. Key details include a minimum of 3,000 $LSRWA tokens per OTC request, processing within 7 business days, and a streamlined process for larger buyers at a moderately discounted price. LAP Wrap Up

Landshare Ambassador Program is coming to an end. The program’s rewards were funded through the DAO, and with those funds now fully allocated, it’s time to close this chapter. We want to express our deepest gratitude to the thousands of ambassadors who have been part of this journey. Together, we achieved over 2M+ impressions, tens of thousands of tweets, and so much more.
