New Tokenized Property: Highest Yield Yet
We kicked off Q2 with a bang by adding a new property to our real estate pool — the fourth asset to be tokenized on the Landshare platform. This property boasts a projected 10.92% rental ROI, making it our highest-yielding property to date. That means stronger returns for LSRWA holders and more momentum in our mission to deliver real-world, income-generating opportunities to crypto investors.

Real Estate NFT Launch
n tandem with our latest property release, we also launched a brand new 3D Real Estate NFT — uniquely stylized and modeled after actual income-producing U.S. properties available on Landshare. These NFTs amplify your LSRWA yields with bonus LAND rewards, giving you more ways to earn while engaging with real-world assets.
This drop marks a major step in expanding our NFT ecosystem and bridging utility with engagement.

Landshare Goes Live on Plume Mainnet
Q2 also saw the official launch of Plume Network’s Mainnet, and Landshare was among the first to go live! With over 1 million members in the Plume ecosystem, this move enables seamless investment in LSRWA via $pUSD, significantly reducing friction for new users.
To keep things simple during the early stages, investments are currently accepted in 100% pUSD. Soon, we’ll transition to the familiar model: 90% pUSD + 10% LAND.
We celebrated the launch with a joint Zealy Campaign, featuring a 1,000 pUSD rewards pool. The results? Hundreds of new LSRWA holders, verified investors, and tens of thousands of social engagements.
Landshare at EthCC & RWA Cannes
In July, our CMO Ivan Voznoi represented Landshare at EthCC, Europe’s premier Ethereum event. While Landshare isn’t Ethereum-native, the event offered a golden opportunity to strengthen relationships, explore new integrations, and connect with key players in the space.
On Day 1 of EthCC, Ivan also attended RWA Cannes, a side event hosted by the team behind NFT Paris. The focus? All things Real World Asset tokenization. With non-stop networking and deep-dive panels, the event showcased just how fast RWA adoption is accelerating.
RWA Summit by Centrifuge
Ivan rounded off EthCC week at the RWA Summit by Centrifuge, an invite-only gathering that brought together just 250 projects, including giants like J.P. Morgan, Citi, VanEck, Coinbase, Chainlink, and Circle. This event was all about curated conversations and high-impact networking around the future of tokenized finance, and we’re proud to have had a seat at the table.
New Strategic Partnerships
Q2 was also packed with powerful partnership announcements — including collaborations with Polytrade, Collably Network, and zkMe. Each partner brings unique value to our ecosystem, from improving onboarding to enhancing data privacy. And we’re just getting started — more partnerships are already in the pipeline.

Building a strong presence in Web3 also means showing up and speaking out. That’s why we’ve been actively participating in Twitter Spaces and podcasts, sharing insights and updates directly with the community.
