By lowering technical and regulatory barriers, the Hub makes it easy to bring high-quality, income-generating properties on-chain, while also ensuring trust and confidence for investors.
3. DeFi Suite
The DeFi Suite transforms tokenized real estate into a vibrant, liquid ecosystem. It includes staking vaults, liquidity pools, lending markets, and even gamified experiences through NFTs. These tools amplify liquidity, increase utility, and create long-term incentives for participants.
This is also where the new economic engine begins to show itself. With mechanisms like allocating 15% of rental income to purchase $LAND and hold it in the $LSRWA reserves, every new property onboarded and every dollar of yield distributed reinforces $LAND demand and reserve strength.
To further boost on-chain engagement, we’re also introducing a new points system — an upcoming rewards initiative that will replace the old Referral Program. Users will earn points for completing key ecosystem actions such as depositing in RAV, providing liquidity, staking, or participating in the NFT game. These points will contribute to a global leaderboard and help users climb toward exclusive future rewards.
