Hello everyone, and welcome to the latest Development Update! In this edition, we’ll be discussing some near-term plans, including our cross-chain rollout, the latest on the Landshare Ambassador Program, our upcoming community townhall, and some information about the Landshare DAO.
This brief update will be followed up by our Q3-Q4 Roadmap and Community Townhall later this week, which will extensively cover our plans for going forward.

Cross Chain Rollout
As the final item on our Q1-Q2 roadmap, we’re excited to announce that LAND will be available on Polygon and Arbitrum very soon! To celebrate, we’ll be rolling out our cross-chain capabilities with an introductory event to promote using the bridge and the token burn feature.
When our initial rollout phase is concluded, users will be able to transfer LAND Token to the Arbitrum and Polygon and stake tokens directly from those networks without having to interact with BNB or BSC Chain. Our goal is to make property investment accessible to everyone, regardless of investment size, chain, or country. This is a big step towards mass adoption.
Throughout the year, the Landshare App will continue to add cross chain support for various features, starting with cross chain token transfers alongside the kickoff of our upcoming event, followed by cross chain staking capabilities arriving near its conclusion. In our Q3-Q4 roadmap, we’ll outline our plans to add additional multi-chain support, including for the Landshare RWA Token.

Landshare Ambassador Program
We are pleased to announce the completion of the 2nd season of the Landshare Ambassador Program!
Over 300 participants competed for their spot on the leaderboard to share in the 1,100 $LAND rewards pool. We are grateful for everyone’s contributions to Landshare. Active DAO Proposals
There are currently 2 active proposals in the DAO, each of which involves allocating additional LAND rewards to our new LSRWA-USDT Pool.
Proposal #1
Under this proposal, 150 LAND per day would be reallocated from LAND-BNB LP to LSRWA-USDT LP. View the full proposal and vote here.
The current reward structure is as follows:
- LAND Staking: 1000/day
- LAND-BNB LP: 950/day
- LSRWA-USDT: 50/day
Under this proposal, the new reward structure would be:
- LAND Staking: 1000/day
- LAND-BNB LP: 800/day
- LSRWA-USDT LP: 200/day
Proposal #2
