Landshare’s Presale Will Take Place on Seedify.fund July 21st — Here’s How to Participate
Seedify.fund will be hosting a LAND token presale on July 21st. This will be the final presale for Landshare before the Superlauncher IDO and token listing on August 2nd.

Seedify Tier System
Seedify allocates funds based on a tier system. Investors must hold $SFUND to order to receive an allocation.
- Tier 1: 100 SFUND
- Tier 2: 1000 SFUND
- Tier 3: 10000 SFUND
Tier allocations:
- T1 lottery: 20% (no guaranteed allocation)
- T2 guaranteed: 40%
- T3 guaranteed: 40%
Snapshots will be taken from 21st 1AM UTC till the end of IDO.
During phase 1 of the sale, Tier 1 users will only be able to purchase the token if they are selected in the lottery. Tier 2 and 3 users will be able to purchase their full guaranteed allocation. At 9PM UTC the sale will enter Phase 2, where participants Tiers 2 and 3 will be able to purchase the remaining tokens on a first come, first serve basis.
How to Participate
Users must hold SFUND during the snapshot period to be allocated a share of the tokens. 1000 SFUND will guarantee an allocation, and 100 SFUND will enter users into a lottery for remaining tokens. SFUND can be purchased on KuCoin or on PancakeSwap. The tokens must be in your wallet during the snapshot period from July 21st 1AM UTC till the end of IDO.
KYC:
Anyone who wants to participate in IDOs on the Seedify.fund Launchpad is required to complete the KYC process through the Blockpass platform: https://verify-with.blockpass.org/?clientId=seedifyfund_launchpad_kyc_cbe49&serviceName=Seedify.fund%20Launchpad%20KYC&env=prod
Note: KYCs need to be approved in order for your snapshot to work. Please give the Bep20 address that you hold/farm/stake your SFUNDs in the field of “Ethereum address” within Blockpass form. Ethereum addresses and BEP20 addresses are the same that starts with 0x.
Once you hold the required amount of SFUND and have completed KYC, head over to Seedify-fund on the 21st at 2PM UTC to participate in the sale. If you are a Tier 1 holder and you do not receive an allocation initially, you may still have a chance to purchase the token if not sold out after Phase 2.
